WELLNESS AND RETREAT EXPERIENCES

Our retreats are designed as supportive wellness and personal-development experiences.

Depending on the retreat, activities may include movement, walking, stretching, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, journaling, group discussion, personal-development exercises, outdoor activities, excursions or other wellness-related experiences.

Participation in any activity is voluntary.

You are responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for you and for communicating any relevant limitations, concerns or accommodations before participating.

If you experience pain, illness, dizziness, emotional distress or another concerning symptom during a retreat or activity, you should stop participating and seek appropriate professional assistance.

Participation in a coaching, wellness or personal-development experience does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, accountant-client or financial-advisor relationship.

The purpose of these experiences is education, coaching, personal development and supportive community.
